      I was a bit worried having seen the damage to the old bearings that were being replaced one side was seized. Put the needle bearings in the freezer overnight and had no issue pressing them into the swingarm without any damage. Applied plenty of grease. The end result is a smooth zero resistance movement. - perfect!
